get going. There is feature to play with computer also to familarize with
the game and hone your skills. Highly recommended game to play with friends and families.
Rules of Doublehand game:
There are 4 players in two teams of two players each.
Members of a team sit facing each other around a table.
52 card deck is used for playing. Each player gets 13 cards to play.
The order of the card is A-K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2.
Stages of game are as under:
1. Shuffle: A player shuffles the cards and distributes 13 cards each to players.
Initially a player can see only five cards.
2. Bid: Bids happen counterclockwise starting with player next to shuffler.
One can bid between 7-13 or Pass. If everybody says pass then cards are shuffled again.
Bidwinning team needs get equal or more hands(tricks) than bid value to win a
round (of 13 moves).
3. Trump Declaration: Bid winner has to select one of his/her cards as a Trump.
Selected trump card is removed from set of cards available for bidwinner and
becomes available to bidwinner only after he/she or any other player reveals trump.
If he/she selects a face up card as trump it is called haath par trump otherwise
it is called Kheench.

4. Moves: Four cards( One card by each player consecutively) is moved to table during moves.
Bidwinner plays the first move of the first hand of round and after that
winner of the previous hand plays the first move of a
four card hand. The player can play only that card which is of the same suit
as the card moved by the first player of the hand. If the player does not have
any cards of that suit, then the player can play card of any suit.
The player also becomes eligible to reveal trump then and can ask to reveal trump
if the trump has not been revealed already. In case trump is revealed by the player,
then player has to compulsorily move card of same suit as that of trump card if the player
has one or more cards of that suit.

5. Winning a hand: The order of the card is A-K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2.
First card of hand is the winner card initially. Each next card is
compared against previous Winner card to get a final winner card.
If a card is of same suit as the winner card and rank of higher value than
winner card then that card becomes winner card. If next card is of same suit
as trump card but the winner card is either of a suit other than trump or
is of same suit as trump but trump is not revealed when that card was played
then next card becomes the winner card. Applying this logic
successively gets us a final winner card. Player of winner card wins the hand.

6. Collection of hands: Each four card hands keeps on getting added to table.
Winner of two consecutive hands or winner of last hand (13th hand) collects
all hands accumulated on the table. After two consecutive hands are won then
hand winner is reset and any player has to win two consecutive hands again to collect hands.

7. Round win: 13 hands constitute one round. Number of hands won by team members are added to the team.
If bid winning team gets more hands than bid value then score equal to bid value is added to
their score otherwise value equal to twice the bid value is added to score of opponent team.
If bid winner has bid less than 13 and collects all hands then they get score of 52. If bid
winner has bid less than 13 and opponent team collects all hands then opponent team gets
score of 104.

8. Game win: A team getting score of 252 or more wins a game.

9. Match win: A match may consist of more than one games. Team winning
more number of games than opponent wins the match.
